Guillaume Paddington is an elegant two hatted French Fine Dining restaurant located in Sydney, owned and operated by award-winning French born chef Guillaume Brahimi. The 75-seat Fine Dining restaurant in the leafy Eastern Suburbs of Paddington on Hargrave St, opened in August 2014, following extensive renovations of the beautiful three-storey building to preserve its heritage features. The restaurant is sophisticated but comfortable, offering exemplary service in an elegant and luxurious space designed by Sydney interior designer, Tamsin Johnson.
The a la carte menu reflects Brahimi’s passion for high quality produce-driven food and allows diners to create their own four-course menu. The menu changes regularly based on season and the best available produce from the restaurant’s local suppliers.
The wine program is a contemporary and historical narrative on the wines of Australia, and the countries whose wines have had the most profound influence on Australia’s wine industry. The wines are housed in the restaurant’s underground heritage sandstone cellar.
